HOW IT WORKS

Step 1 - Assessment

 

  • Preliminary assessment phone call to explain the process and suggest how we move forward  

  • Optional psychometric assessment (additional cost)

 

Step 2 – Strategising

 

  • First meeting will include an extensive interview to assess your skills and career goals

  • This will be followed by candid and constructive feedback

  • We will then structure a programme for you and draw up a step by step plan of how we move forward

 

Step 3 – The Basic tools

 

  • Review and build your CV to create a successful marketing tool

  • Build your LinkedIn profile, grow a relevant network and ensure you can navigate the platform effectively

 

Step 4: Compiling a Job Search Strategy

 

  • Comprehensive coaching on the job market and how finding a job works whether that be through a recruiter, directly or speculatively 

  • Assisting you to approach and apply to relevant jobs 

  • Guiding you to find jobs that are not obvious to find, often taking a direct approach

  • Supporting you to set objectives and achievable goals 

 

Step 5: Personal development

 

  • Extensive interview training 

  • Mock interviews practice 

  • Building your confidence by increasing your knowledge of the job market, increasing self awareness and fine tuning your skills

  • Identifying your key attributes and working on areas of improvement 

 

Step 6: Tracking progress

 

  • Weekly check ins to update and monitor job application progress including reviewing set objectives 

  • Supporting you through the interview process 

  • Support with presentations if required

  • Offering objective advice after interviews 

  • Guidance if you are offered a role and help with renumeration package negotiation

Due to the way I build bespoke training programmes for individuals, costs vary depending on their needs.  Therefore, please call initially and I will be happy to run through the fees with you.
