ABOUT CHLOE
I have over 20+ years of recruitment and coaching experience and am a qualified Firework coach and Thomas PPA Practitioner. The job market is a minefield for young professionals, this is why I am passionate about helping young people find the right job and love supporting and guiding them through this tough process.
I worked at Directorship level spanning over two decades and have worked in recruitment and coaching across a broad range of sectors and industries. Clients have ranged from top investment banks to high profile entrepreneurs, leading international food manufacturers and the world's most recognised luxury brands.
Having been a Director of several businesses I have mentored and trained large teams as well as developing and coaching candidates on a 1-2-1 basis. I have a proven track record helping people to make the best choices in their search for the right job. I create a bespoke programme and strategy for each client so that the ‘job of finding a job’ will be much easier and delivers results.
